Nearly a year together!

This week marks 1 year of Blaze and Diamond together! It truly seems like it has been forever, and in the very best of ways. These two little Corgis have brought so much life and fun into our lives that I cannot remember what it was like without them.

In many ways they are so very different. During the day, Blaze typically camps out in our bedroom...usually beneath the window so he can keep an eye on the world. If I am home, Diamond is asleep under my desk chair.

Today, they are sharing one of their two huge beds. It isn't like they have to do this; both beds are exactly the same size!

A day at Doggie Zen Den Waterpark!

Is it possible that the last time I actually posted there was snow on the ground and a serious chill in the air? Now, it is 100 degrees nearly every day. Welcome to Texas!

Blaze and Diamond are thrilled. Doggie Zen Den has opened their waterpark up for summer fun! When people ask why I drive so far to take them to doggie day care, I tell them because their favorite (and only) day care has a WATERPARK! Yes, and they have THE most wonderful staff a dog could ever hope for!

Blaze plays with the big dogs, as you can see from the photos. Diamond is with the little dogs (no photos from there today!).
